How do I process the iontodry warranty?
1. Start a session in the DRIOSEC panel. You must register if you don’t have an account.
2. Activate the warranty if you did not do so at the time of purchase. Select where you bought the product (in some cases you will have to attach the purchase invoice).
3. We will send you an email confirming the activation of the warranty.
4. Process the complaint: enter your serial number, select the warranty you wish to apply, the cause and other remarks.
5. You will receive an email from the DRIOSEC team within the next 72 hours with the steps to follow to process your complaint.
All iontodry equipment is covered by a 3 years product warranty.
If you did not buy your iontodry from the www.driosec.com website, you must attach the purchase invoice to activate the warranty.
Each iontodry is unique and identified via a serial number found on the bottom of the control unit.
This identification number gives DRIOSEC full manufacturing and quality control traceability over equipment parts.
