I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD.

Follow these steps to recover your password:

See the bottom of the Driosec home page and select the ‘Activate warranty’ option.
Click ‘Start session’.
Under ‘Password’, see the option ‘Forgotten your password?’ Click.
Enter your username and email address. We will email you a link to create a new password.

CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Yes, you can change it through ‘My account’. Go to the ‘My account’ option beside the cart icon on the home page (here you will have to start a session or register). Once you have started a session, select ‘Account details’, located on the side of the page, and the ‘Edit my password’ option will appear.
