ONLINE PURCHASE CONDITIONS: FAQs

Driosec offers a two-year product warranty for technical defects in the control unit, treatment unit and connection elements. You must submit the previously duly activated invoice to make use of the warranty.

Follow the steps below to activate the warranty:

1. See the bottom of the home page and select the “Activate warranty” option.
2. Once you have accessed “Activate my warranty” you must register with your full name and email address and create a password.
3. Once registered, you have to indicate where you bought the product (pharmacy or website) and register your iontodry serial number (you will find it in the handbook).
4. Finally, select the “Activate my warranty” option.
5. We will send you an email confirming the activation of the warranty.

Every iontodry has a Driosec-validated serial number linked to you user once is registered on our website. If you do not register you will be unable to activate the warranty as no serial number will be identified.

If there is a manufacturing error you have up to one year after activating the warranty to return the equipment to factory. Once we have received the machine, the error will be analysed and a new iontodry sent out. There are no refunds.

Follow these steps to return the equipment:

1. See the bottom of our website home page.
2. In the “help” section see the “complaints” option.
3. Once inside, enter the serial number (you can find it in the handbook inside the iontodry case) and select “Open complaint report”.
4. In the “Product warranty” section, select the option that best represents the problem you have with your iontodry, describe the problem and attach a copy of the invoice.
5. Once you have completed all the sections, click “send”.
6. You will receive an email from the DRIOSEC team within the next 72 hours with the steps to follow to process your complaint.
